How to edit the Word file safely

1. Replace the sample textEvery name, address and date in the file is a sample. Replace all of it; search for the sample names to be sure.

For an authorised signatory of a company or firm

Companies and LLPs usually authorise a person by a board resolution or partners’ resolution and then issue either a power of attorney or a letter of authority. For routine portal and office work a letter of authority is often enough. For signing contracts and registration on the company’s behalf, use a power of attorney that recites the resolution and is signed by the authorised directors under the company’s signing rules.
