- আমার সমস্ত স্থাবর ও অস্থাবর সম্পত্তির দেখাশোনা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও তত্ত্বাবধান করা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কর, বিল ও পাওনা পরিশোধ করা।
- যে কোনো সরকারি, পৌরসভা, ভূমি ও রাজস্ব, বিদ্যুৎ বা অন্যান্য দপ্তরে আমার পক্ষে উপস্থিত হওয়া এবং আবেদন, ফর্ম ও কাগজপত্রে স্বাক্ষর করে জমা দেওয়া ও গ্রহণ করা।
- আমার সম্পত্তি ভাড়া দেওয়া, ভাড়ার চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করা, ভাড়া ও জামানত গ্রহণ করা এবং রসিদ দেওয়া।
- আইনজীবী নিয়োগ করা, ওকালতনামায় স্বাক্ষর করা এবং আমার বিষয় সংক্রান্ত মামলা দায়ের ও পরিচালনা করা।
- উপরোক্ত উদ্দেশ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত বৈধ কাজ এমনভাবে করা যেন আমি নিজেই তা করছি।
এই আমমোক্তারনামা আমমোক্তারকে আমার কোনো স্থাবর সম্পত্তি বিক্রয়, দান, বন্ধক বা হস্তান্তর করার ক্ষমতা দেয় না। এই দলিলের অধীনে আমমোক্তার কর্তৃক বৈধভাবে সম্পাদিত সমস্ত কাজ আমি অনুমোদন ও স্বীকার করব। আমি লিখিতভাবে বাতিল না করা পর্যন্ত এই আমমোক্তারনামা বলবৎ থাকবে।
