Frequently asked questions

Does an NOC need stamp paper?

Usually not for letters, but some offices ask for an NOC on stamp paper or notarised. Follow the office’s instructions.

Can an NOC be withdrawn?

Generally yes, by writing, unless it was given as part of a binding agreement. Withdrawal may not undo what was already done relying on it.
