मैं, रमेश कुमार शर्मा, पुत्र स्वर्गीय श्री मोहन लाल शर्मा, आयु लगभग 58 वर्ष, निवासी मकान नं. 45, शिव नगर, जयपुर, राजस्थान 302017 (जिसे आगे "मुख्तारकर्ता" कहा गया है), अपनी पूर्ण होश-हवास में, बिना किसी दबाव के, सुरेश कुमार शर्मा, पुत्र स्वर्गीय श्री मोहन लाल शर्मा, आयु लगभग 52 वर्ष, निवासी प्लॉट नं. 12, मालवीय नगर, जयपुर, राजस्थान 302017, जो मेरे छोटा भाई हैं (जिसे आगे "मुख्तारआम" कहा गया है), को अपना वैध मुख्तारआम नियुक्त करता हूँ, जो मेरी ओर से एवं मेरे नाम से निम्नलिखित कार्य करेंगे:
- मेरी समस्त चल एवं अचल संपत्ति की देखभाल, रख-रखाव और प्रबंधन करना तथा उनसे संबंधित कर, बिल और शुल्क जमा कराना।
- किसी भी सरकारी, नगर निगम, राजस्व, बिजली, पानी या अन्य कार्यालय में मेरी ओर से उपस्थित होना तथा आवेदन, फॉर्म और दस्तावेज़ हस्ताक्षर कर प्रस्तुत करना एवं प्राप्त करना।
- मेरी संपत्ति को किराये पर देना, किरायानामा हस्ताक्षर करना, किराया व जमानत राशि प्राप्त करना और उसकी रसीद देना।
- वकील नियुक्त करना, वकालतनामा पर हस्ताक्षर करना और मेरे मामलों से संबंधित वाद या कार्यवाही दायर करना या उसकी पैरवी करना।
- मेरे बैंक खातों में चेक व राशि जमा कराना तथा बैंक के नियमों के अधीन बैंक से पत्राचार करना।
- उपरोक्त उद्देश्यों के लिए आवश्यक सभी वैध कार्य उसी प्रकार करना जैसे मैं स्वयं करता।
यह मुख्तारनामा मुख्तारआम को मेरी किसी भी अचल संपत्ति को बेचने, दान करने, गिरवी रखने या हस्तांतरित करने का अधिकार नहीं देता। मुख्तारआम द्वारा इस मुख्तारनामे के अंतर्गत वैध रूप से किए गए सभी कार्य मुझे मान्य होंगे। यह मुख्तारनामा तब तक प्रभावी रहेगा जब तक मैं इसे लिखित रूप में रद्द न कर दूँ।
अतः यह मुख्तारनामा आज दिनांक 14/10/2026 को जयपुर में लिख दिया ताकि सनद रहे और वक्त ज़रूरत काम आए।

Tips for a Hindi deed
- Write names exactly as in Aadhaar or PAN; if the Hindi spelling differs, add the English spelling in brackets once.
- Use the drafter’s Print option and choose Save as PDF so the Devanagari script is shaped correctly; the Word download works directly.
- If the receiving office works in English, attach an English translation, and ask whether it needs to be certified.
- For a sale power, use the English property format and get it translated, so the safeguards are not lost.
Marathi and other languages
The structure is the same in every language: identification of the principal and agent, a numbered list of powers, ratification, limits, date and place, signatures and witnesses. If you need Marathi, Gujarati or another language, translate the English format clause by clause and keep the numbering identical, so that the translation can be checked line against line.
