Fact-Checking Policy
Legal formats are only useful if the rules around them are right. This is how we check.
- Primary sources firstStatutes and official pages (for example, India Code style texts, Ministry of External Affairs and Indian mission pages, State registration departments).
- Reputable secondary sourcesEstablished legal publishers and commentary, where primary text is not accessible.
- Dated recordsEach fact we use is recorded with its source and the date we checked it.
- No guessed numbersWe do not state stamp duty amounts, fees or rates that vary by State; documents leave them blank.
- CorrectionsReport errors to guestpostadvertising@gmail.com; we review and update pages.
Please note: these templates are for general information and are not legal advice. Laws, stamp duty, notarisation and registration rules vary by State. Consult an advocate for your case. This is an independent website, not a law firm and not a government office.
